I see that mentioned on her German-language Wikipedia page, along with the deviated 1919 birth year, but otherwise haven't seen that information anywhere, including on sources published while she was living. A source isn't listed on the attachment; could that also be pulling from the Wikipedia page? She certainly identified as Viennese-born while alive. I don't have any proof to provide of her being born in Prerov. It could be mentioned that there is at least one source that claims she was born there. Juliemb54 (talk) 19:37, 28 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
No, it couldn’t, the list was already online when I wrote the article on de.wp in 2021. It’s true that she self-identified as Viennese and she certainly grew up there, even winning a very minor literature prize there aged 14 (Neue Freie Presse, 4 October 1929, p. 11). --Emu (talk) 21:52, 28 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
