Track doubling
editAre they redoubling the track from Limerick to Limerick Junction? I took a train to Dublin last week and they seemed to have re-doubled about half of it and were working on the rest. Self-Described Seabhcán 15:23, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

Lead picture
editPlease can the lead focus on the station and not the train. This article is about the station. The station is the star here, not the train. And the layout is fairly unqiue. And this is what we should be trying to depict in the picture, albeit subjective and perhaps difficult to capture. That said the current set of available images is not great. In practice I think nowadays an image including platform 4 would likelybe expected as main image; especially one focusing on the station and layout rather than trains.09:47, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
April 2021 improvements
editI'm going to attempt to improve this article over a few days. Pragmatically I have reasonable access to suitable sources to make a stab at this, though changes post 1967 may be more difficult for me. Havard referencing will be used for during the changes as that is my most efficient way of working, and quite frankly if anyone objects I need to see them take on the thing themselves. When construction is ended thing can be changed under discussion to any style thank allows precise page identification to allow rapid DB:V. Thankyou. Djm-leighpark (talk) 14:54, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
