Apps (goals) - are they correct?
editAre the number of appearances and goals in the infobox correct? I cannot believe Lin scored 33 goals in 6 games. Even Henry and Eto'o cannot do that. -- scchiang 03:39, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure the goals and caps are the wrong way round. -- Asdf1248 05:24, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
I've even heard about some news that he actually stayed at the reserves of the reserves team of Bolton. So it seems that the official record can't be easily found. I suggest to contact Bolton or Crewe for more information about him to convince more people. --midmaestro
- It's in some of the Chinese links in the article. -- Asdf1248 07:10, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- In fact, I doubted the reliability of the Chinese source. I could not find any other record on the Internet showing Lin has played for Bolton reserves, Crewe, or Hayes in any official games. I suppose the best way is to ask the clubs directly. -- scchiang 10:07, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- Guess what I've found on the hayes forum: http://www.hayesfc.net/0405reports_res/metpoliceaway.html. By the way, I think the Spanish and English link in "Websites" section should be merged into the main text as a new topic. Also the links are actually referred to the official site of Chivas USA open try-out information not Lin's personal pages. --midmaestro Feb 23 2007
- Good job! But was it reserve team or first team? Besides, I moved the links to new content of main article. (midmaestro, aren't you going to register an account in Wikipedia?) -- scchiang 05:38, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- It seems that he stayed at the reserves team, but I'm not so sure. The person who replied my post said he had played a couple of games but that link is the only source he could get. That's all. Midmaestro 09:53, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
