Wenge Wood
editI would try to edit this myself, but the addition of sources looks daunting...so I'll just mention it here, for what it's worth. The Blackwood was based on a show truck that, according to Motor Trend April 1999, had a bed "covered by more than 20 square feet of African Wenge wood." When the production version came along in the fall of 2001, according to Truck Trend Sept/Oct 2001, "The most notable difference is the wood sides on the street vehicle: A laminated photograph of real African Wenge, commonly known as Blackwood." 71.162.113.226 (talk) 16:01, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
