Removing Pepys quote
editPer a conversation at the Dunsire Bagpipe Forum[1], the use of the Pepys quote may hing on a (likely inaccurate) presumption that it refers to "a player of the Lincolnshire bagpipes" as opposed to "a bagpiper working in Lincolnshire". Lacking secondary sources to judge either way, I'm removing the quote I added as WP:Synthesis.
