Lindenhof is not just in Zürich

Hi, started as Lindenhof imho was 'hijacked' for years by Zürich wikis, before 2008 most of them redirects just to Altstadt (Zürich), and btw in the time being imho some wikis having historical relevance may be added since then. Thus, exclusively missing all locations Lindenhof outside of Zürich, therefore disambig started, and some listed, even from other regions from Switzerland, and even at least two wikis from Germany ;-) So anybody may be interested, please see also Talk:Altstadt (Zürich), started on Dec 19, 2014.
