Queen

It's written here Queen have used playback only at Sanremo Festival in 1984 but there are videos on youtube where Queen are performing in Montreux 1986 and they are using playback too. national anthem

I believe that lip synching the national anthem is standard practice at most, perhaps all major league sporting events, not just some, due to the technical uncertainties of trying to record live audio from a stadium field that can sound good.
