edit1) At the beginning of the episode, right at the raffle, there is a smoking hole in the school house behind Skinner. Do we get to see, why? 2) The song, the little Indian girl is singing - is it just made up for the Sipmsons or is it real? -78.50.207.179 (talk) 21:27, 27 September 2009 (UTC)
- The smoking hole in the scene was caused when Bart tells Otto (who is controlling a ferris-wheel style ride) to make it go faster. Otto subsequently does, which causes one of the parts to go flying off into the school. I think it's a syndication cut-out (which leads to something of a continuity error), which is why it isn't seen in the normal television rotation.
- As for the song, I think it was likely made-up, as it states in the article that Al and Mike let Jeff Martin write much of the episode, hoping he would fill it with songs as in past episodes, which I'm assuming he did with this particular song. RobinSenaRisen (talk) 19:34, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- One of the rockets cut loose, hits the school and explodes. Seems that very rocket was unboarded, though. 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 00:33, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
- If you're talking about MacArthur Park, that is of course a real song. Adam Bishop (talk) 20:25, 22 April 2012 (UTC)
