Format

edit

I am going to try to move the format of this page in line with the Television WikiProject format conventions described here: Wikipedia:WikiProject_List_of_Television_Episodes/structure. I'd appreciate any help. Also, I think there should be screenshots, don't you? Cornprone 14:54, 1 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

MUSIC

edit

Would someone be kind enough to post the artist who did the lounge music in episode 107 "Adventure Mouse"??

A little band called Tongo Hiti. The song is called 'Princess Cruiser' and you can order a CD 'Honi Ko'u Ule' that has the song from their website at http://www.tongohiti.com/ . The CD also has a few other songs, although Princess Cruiser is the star. Passion hides, in painted smiles. Tropical liasons, wet and wild. Mingling chime, and ladder climb, for glamor and for gold. Episode 932

edit

What about the secret episode 932, long storied and famed? "Mouse-O". A big O wanders around and Fitz chases it while Skillet, glued to F.M.'s back, plays the most baddest assed drum-solo-ing-est drum solo ever. Also Shark does some crap.

Episode Summaries

edit

I noticed that User:24.46.122.195 erased the more detailed episode summaries. I'm going to expand the summaries again, albeit without going into quite as much detail as the older version and hopefully better-written stylistically. Cornprone 23:26, 15 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

episode summaries

edit

i think it should go into deeper detail and i think the episode summaries should be set up in the same manner as the venture brothers episode list because it gives more room for people to write about each episode. if you watch this show, you will notice that you have to watch it multiple times to figure out what just went on. the wiki of each episode should be very detailed so the viewer gets the full effect.

  • Well, if you want to add individual episode articles, you can. I'm not opposed to it at all, but be aware that there may be some people who don't think this series "deserves" to have so much information listed on wikipedia and may try to delete your entries. But hey, the excruciating level of detail in the episode summaries for shows like the Venture Brothers or Lost seems to be widely accepted. So if you want to, go for it. "Offical" episode guide

edit

I felt the need to delete the "Offical" episode guide here because it had nothing to do with the show 12 oz Mouse. It was then put back in by Madlobster (Talk). If you could justify it belonging here, no problem. If not, I'll have to revert it again. Does anybody think I have a point or not...?--Salvax (Speak on me | What I did)--19:24, 11 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Personally, I think it should stay, because, although it is dangerously close to being trivia, as bizzare as it is, it is what Adult Swim uses on their webpage as the episode description, on their original series page, and on the Adult Swim Fix episode description, so I feel that it has at least some importance. At the very least, the paragraph describing the "official" episode guide shoud be retained, with or without the descriptions. Madlobster 20:58, 11 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Really? I just visited the Adult Swim 12 oz. Mouse website, and when I selected their icon for episodes, it just fell away. Besides, Wikipedia states very clearly on every "Edit" page:

Do not copy text from other websites without permission. It will be deleted.

Salvax (Speak on me | What I did)--00:10, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Well, I think the whole "do not copy text" thing doesn't apply if it's a direct quotation that's properly sourced. Anyway, I could go either way on this. On the one hand, it is the official episode guide, written (we can only assume) by the actual creators of the show. On the other, it doesn't actually describe the series acurately. But that's the point, I suppose. Salvax, although you can't access it now, these episode descriptions used to be up on the old version of the official website. I think you said it best: "It doesn't actually describe the series accurately. But that's the point, I suppose." So there you have it...Salvax (Speak on me | What I did)--01:29, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I re-added the initial paragraph, without the episode descriptions. Madlobster 01:44, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

And I removed it because it is not anywhere on the Adult Swim website. If you keep putting incorrect information up on this site, I'll have you blocked.--Salvax (Speak on me | What I did)--03:38, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
I can confirm that that information used to be on the old version of the official adult swim site. Beyond that, I'm not getting involved in this conflict. Cornprone 04:49, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Did you even read what I posted above? That it's currently in the Adult Swim Fix episode description? I can't link directly to it, but go to [1] and click on the current episode of 12 oz. Mouse (Currently for ep. 10 - Booger Haze), and you'll see this episode description under the video: "Mouse's landlord holds a contest to see who has the cleanest apartment. In hopes of winning, Mouse makes the whole flat spic and span. Skillet brings a notoriously filthy man, Golden Joe, back to Mouse's apartment at the last minute - jeopardizing Mouse's chances of winning. After giving Golden Joe a bath and some new clothes, they pull out a close victory!" Please refrain from deleting information which is correct and making false accusations of posting false information. Reverting. Madlobster 07:17, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Meat Wars

edit

I think a mention of the Meat Wars should be made somewhere. It was mentioned in two consecutive episodes (107 and 108) and seems like it might tie in with Q-109. Studentism 05:16, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

IT CANT BE OVER CAN IT???

edit

With attrocities like Assy McGee still on, say it isnt so!

Number Code

edit

Should we include the meaning of number code from "Pre-reckoning"? It can be found here: [2] —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Squids We B (talkcontribs) 22:56, 8 December 2006 (UTC).Reply
