Work in progress.
Added all treaties up to the current date, and refs.
Gradually
- Adding links to wikipedia sites. (Mostly complete Supcmd (talk) 06:18, 2 July 2017 (UTC))
- Categorise it better so each section is not so unmanageable (Work in progress Supcmd (talk) 03:19, 12 June 2017 (UTC))
- Use the unreferenced treaties to create content if relevant
