If you like, you can include me, as being the most noteworthy writer for the student newspaper, the Daily Titan. The reason for this noteworthiness is the content of my columns (I wrote for three years as an independent opinion/political commentary columnist), to include one which garnered national attention, and others judged so provocatively controversial as to bring calls for an end to the newspaper, also known as censorship. See Editor and Publisher April 17, 1993, and similar columns in local newspapers (like that for Garden Grove), television stories (to include an interview with Vicki Vargas), and an on-air interview with former Los Angeles Police Chief Darryl Gates, when he had his KFI Radio 640 show.
