There are two 'One Above All's in the Marvel Universe. There is the Earth 616 One Above All, who is a Celestial (http://marvel.wikia.com/One_Above_All_(Earth-616)), and then there is the almighty multiversal One-Above-All, who is essentially the central god and most powerful character in all of the entire Marvel Multiverse (http://marvel.wikia.com/One-Above-All_(Multiverse)). The article on the latter seems to have been displaced by this article, confusing the two 'One Above All's.

The section has been removed since it is unclear if this is a one-shot cameo character, a miss-coloring, or a misreading. If there is a reliable, verifiable source that this is a separate character from Arishem - the text here and elsewhere imply that the penciled and inked art was that character and either the colorist or printer goofed - it can be re-added. Otherwise it reads as OR.

In doing some clean up I ran across a number of problem entries. These include:
The Blue Celestial
Devron the Experimenter
Ea the Wise
Gamiel the Manipulator
Monolith Gatherer
The Red Celestial
The Red/Blue Judge
Scathan the Approver
All of them as they originally stood looked like they were cribbed from the Marvel Database. The Monolith Gather section I've mentioned above since even the Marvel Database notes that it may never have appeared. And most of the rest can be, or have been, copy edited down.
The Red/Blue Judge though... can anyone provide the first appearance an creators or is this like the Monolith Gatherer?
