It seems someone went ahead and made this article to correspond with the Fairy Tail Zero anime adaptation. However, we've been using the Funimation season count for the anime since that's the only official season count there is, and unless Funimation has announced a season 8, this season firmly falls within original research. And if that isn't, then the presumption of the anime adapting the current manga arc with zero sourcing definitely is. Until Funimation finally gets around to splitting off an eighth season, I propose we merge this article with season 7 for the time being; also, I'm aware that the S7 article size is becoming a bit of a problem, but I've already proposed on its respective talk page that we split it while still calling it "season 7".
