Needs a description
editThis needs a description of what it's about, or at least a link back to a main article. —Matthew Brown (T:C) 08:13, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
Order?
editThe lack of any sort of stated order to this list makes it very difficult to find any particular character (other than Onizuka, of course). CFLeon 22:28, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Noboru+Uehara Similar to Shinji+Asuka ?
editDoes anyone notice that Yoshikawa and Anko actually seem abit similar to Shinji and Asuka from Evangelion Series? Might be a help to note that down too. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 60.51.125.130 (talk) 03:48, 28 March 2007 (UTC).
- No, because first they really aren't that similar and second you just made that up. It's just a standard tsundere-niceguy pairing, not a parallel to any specific series. --tjstrf talk 03:52, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- agreed, shinji and asuka are way too screwed up individually to be comparable to any relationship :D
Urumi Kanzaki
editthe part about her biological father being a genius is funny, mostly because IQ is neither fully genetic or learned and even if you did start with the genetics of two intelligent parents, you would not necesarrily get a child with "over 200 iq". As with most media, understanding of peoples with extraordinarily great minds is poorly understood and presented, a similar case can be seen in Naruto with Shikimaru, where creators pray on their rather average minded viewers. Its essentially the psychological version of techno babble or foreign languages spoken rather poorly in order to impress viewers. In order to have a 200 iq, that means that the brain must grow two years to every one that the body grows, which is much easier to maintain in early childhood and puberty than in mid adolescense where growth of the whole body (including physical growth of the brain) slows considerably. Not really important to the story or her charecter (like most art, suspension of disbelief is necesary) but I thought it would make an interesting sidenote on the discussion page.
Cannot fully agree. IQ over 200 does not actually mean that a person should have a large brain. But intelligence surely depends more on education in first years of life than on biological parents. 79.140.0.26 (talk) 12:52, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Pictures?
editPictures needed. As there are a lot of characters in the series, it's really hard to find a character without a picture in the article. 79.140.0.26 (talk) 12:52, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
- agreed, it's difficult to read/ browse without there being any images of any sort. It would be appreciated if there were even some 100x100 images from the manga illustrating prominent characters appearances. Yaminator (talk) 15:19, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
Prank?
editWhy do people insist on saying what Anko did to Noboru is a prank? Can they not tell that a prank is by no means the same as a beating which is exactly what she did to him. Leaving something in a guy's locker to make it smell bad is a prank but punching and kicking him until he's down is completely different. —Preceding unsigned comment added by GrimoireMyst (talk • contribs) 16:51, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
