Table
editI guess this should be turned into a table, with columns for CB1, CB2, etc. Tisane talk/stalk 01:52, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
Redundant table / list
editAs of now, the information in the bullet point list below the table is mostly redundant with the information in the table or in the respective articles about the compounds. I'd therefore suggest to remove the bullet point list. Best regards, --Hbf878 (talk) 09:23, 18 September 2018 (UTC)
Table suggestion
editHi, this is my suggestion for a future table layout in that all the information that was in the list before (IUPAC, remarks) is kept without making the table too crowded.
Name | Class | Ki at CB1 [nM] | Ki at CB2 [nM] | Selectivity | CLogP | Structure | IUPAC name | remarks |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
JWH-004 | Naphthoylindole | 48 ± 13 | 4 ± 1.5 | CB2 (12x) | 6.43 | (1-hexyl-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)(naphthalen-1-yl)methanone |
||
JWH-007[1] | Naphthoylindole | 9.5 ± 4.5 | 2.9 ± 2.6 | CB2 (3.3x) | 6.01 | (2-methyl-1-pentyl-1H-indol-3-yl)(naphthalen-1-yl)methanone |
an analgesic chemical from the naphthoylindole family, which acts as a cannabinoid agonist at both the CB1 receptor and CB2 receptors, with some selectivity for CB2 with a Ki of 2.9nM ± 2.6 and 9.5nM ± 4.5 at CB1
