Utan needs to be added to the Vegetarian Section
editUtan is a Cebuano or Visaya or Bisaya dish. I would add it to the article myself but unfortunately I don't know how to do it with the syntax used to frame it in. PinoyVeggie (talk) 04:21, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
Vegetarian section
editI do not think any of the vegetarian dishes listed here are really vegetarian. For example, there is shrimp in Ginisang Monggo as well as fish oil. That is not vegetarian as it uses fish... Animal products like diary may be used in vegetarian dishes, but not dead animals like fish and shrimp.
This section needs real vegetarian dishes, if the Philippines actually has any. Brianc26 (talk) 04:01, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
Lechon sauce or Sarsa ng lechon
editThere needs to be an entry and article for lechon sauce or sarsa ng lechon. It's one of the most popular sauces in the Philippines. It's not exclusively used for lechon or pork as it can be used on chicken and beef. The article should also distinguish between the original lechon sauce which uses liver and the commercial versions such as Mang Tomas which use artificial flavorings and other food chemicals.Aamma58 (talk) 03:52, 5 September 2020 (UTC)Aamma58
