Comment: Editor RadioFan declined this article with comment that having just a category would do; this view seems not to appreciate consensus view how lists and categories complement one another, e.g. as written up at wp:CLT. Here, there are red-links which, per policy on redlinks, promote the growth of wikipedia. Category cannot include red-links. Having the list identifies the neighbhorhoods. Etc. And, as discussed at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Utah#Neighborhoods of Salt Lake City, this isn't a completely new article, it's intended to split out from an odd Buildings and sites of Salt Lake City article, which by its title does not naturally include neighborhoods. Lists of neighborhoods are standard articles: there currently are 52 entries in Category:Lists of neighborhoods in U.S. cities. I think this is a valid Wikipedia topic and moving this to mainspace would just help us get on with the task. :) --doncram04:25, 11 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
