SRW OG Saga

Page Format

System ordering

Editing Every Section

I'm going to make it a bit presentable by redoing the whole section itself. But then, it has some errors so you may need to correct some of them.

Rewrite

I took the liberty of rewriting/restructuring this list.
Ordering by system wasn't really working since many games had releases on different systems and we would be forced to make duplicate information for games that had multiple releases, for example 2nd SRW was released on 4 different systems so we'd need to list it 4 times. That is very inefficient and hard to follow.
Ports and remakes shouldn't be listed separately, original game entry can mention that remakes or ports were released and what they changed (if anything). But I think that certain remakes warrant an exception (F, F Final, Impact, Original Generations) because they combined multiple games(in case of F and F Final "divided and expanded" one game) and hence are more noteworthy than, for example, 2nd Super Robot Wars G which update the interface or MX Portable which changed HP values and added few extra levels.
DLC like Dark Prison shouldn't have a separate listing, its enough to mention it in Original Generations and Infinite Battle entries.
Stuff like TCG games released shouldn't be in this list, SRW is primary a video game franchise and this list should reflect that. Mention about card games (or board games if there are any, for example) should probably go to main SWR article into "other media" section.
I removed the links from games that don't have separate articles and were linking back to this list.
I divided games into two sections by genres, I think that it makes list easier to navigate and makes sense to distinguish tactical rpgs (for which series are mainly known) from other games released under SWR banner.
I also removed certain titles that I coulnd't find mentioned as part of SWR franchise. For example Super Robot Spirits, Real Robot Battle Line, Panzer Warfare.
I haven't actually read all of the notes provided and copy pasted lots of text from one entry to another. It might be, and probably is, that there are mistakes left, both factual and grammar. But I think that will be sorted out with time. BlisterD (talk) 09:59, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

Source for this claim in the SRW4 section?

"Also infamous due to the inclusion of mecha from the manga Five Star Stories, resulting in a lawsuit from its author Mamoru Nagano." The mecha in question is called the Blood Temple from L-Gaim, which is often confused with the LED Mirage in Five Star Stories.
