i would like to cite as a labradorian and as a person who is familiar as a person who is familiar with the area that Les Stroud was NOT in the labrador coast but on an inland lake called Lake Melville, an inland saltwater lake. he was not exposed to the coastal elements that being on the coast would give connotations to.
New poster here. Is it just me or is the synopsis of the last episode really depressing? I saw it and think the selection and presentation of elements in the description is no less impartial than typical weasel words. Any thoughts? The cited source doesn't even mention the specifics. Looks like there's been changes, reverts, and no talk. I'm changing it back to respect the edit made in December... and welcome discussion if someone out there still thinks its an edit unworthy of being respected. 68.219.131.218 (talk) 07:43, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
Equpment list
editI wonder if there would be any objections if I were to add what "everyday equipment" Stroud used in each Episode? I just think it would add to the synopsis. Dphilp75 (talk) 18:37, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- Welp, 14 years later and they still haven't added that section. Safe to say they won't be adding that WhataAndrew (talk) 23:49, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
-- I think that would be a cool section, if you can find out the list of equipment he lugs about, please do that..
interesting note
editif you look at the tv description for the "deep woods" episode it says hes supposed to care for his "injured companion" but in the episode les is kind of annoyed that bob ends up doing most of the providing.. actually Les appeared very emotionally fragile in that episode, like he was afraid bob was going to take the show... interesting insight into his personality. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.127.135.71 (talk) 04:18, 3 October 2010 (UTC)

Web episodes
editI heard there would be new episodes only available on his website. You have to pay a subscription for these episodes. Is this considered a continuation of Survivorman or is it a whole new series? Thanks. Boones 20:02, 23 May 2018 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Boone jenner (talk • contribs) Here is the link [1]--Boones 20:06, 23 May 2018 (UTC)
Season 4
editWhat this lists as season 4 is wrong according to Les' own website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.241.227.108 (talk) 01:42, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
