Localism is sadly not in vogue among academics these days--I think we skipped it in grad school for example. I'm having to watch lectures on C-SPAN like this one to get a better understanding of the context. There are more.Zigzig20s (talk) 03:50, 24 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
