Someone want to complete a sentence?
editFor Happy new year, Christmas Specials (2004–05)
It says,
Meanwhile, Geraldine is trying to get the villagers enthustiac about the 20th anniversary of Live Aid and encourages them to write to the Prime Minister about the Make Poverty History campaign. However, when they show no interest, she shows them a short video showing two poverty-stricken.
Two poverty-stricken what? Families, children? I can't remember

Individual articles needed for each episode
editReally, there is no excuse.
A list is brutally inadequate for a comedy of such prominence in the UK. After all, comparable sitcoms are not treated like this - see episodes for Only Fools and Horses for what I think should exist. Admittedly though those are strictly works in progress, I'm revamping all of them. The first one, Big Brother, is now completed so that can be used as a guideline. I'm not much cop at producing new articles, I'm better at rejigging existing ones so if someone wants to get the templates in place then I can do quite a bit of the rest, although lacking the DVDs will be an impediment to me. - Personally I don't believe articles are needed for each episode. I'm not a great fan of these for sitcoms generally, but with BlackAdder, Only Fools and Horses and Dad's Army I can slightly understand, but with other sitcoms, I don't think its necessary. After all Wikipedia isn't meant to be an episode guide, and I don't believe enough information really exists to have a page for each episode. I also believe that page is sufficient enough. --Berks105 10:06, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh I fully understand that this site is not an episode guide, but the episode summaries with other comparable sitcoms do add to the value of the resources available for those programmes. And as for sufficient information, I don't think the others have suffered for that - BBC, the UK Gold website etc all provide information like viewing figures, and with the DVDs one can get plot summaries and cast lists - exactly what has been done for the others. Given the strength of development of those articles at the moment (OFAH has seen a huge amount done to it of late) this one may find itself looking rather underdeveloped in comparison.
