I'm curious what renewable consumption could refer to, as most renewables are on the electric grid and thus entirely fungible. These numbers might make sense if you counted electric generators as consumers - but that would mean that a windmill is a consumer of energy, which is a perplexing data definition. Delaware is said to use only 3% renewables, but from renewable electricity alone it should use about 7%, as they are about 37% electric and the US grid is about 1/5 renewable.

Are the data out of date? The source given (https://www.eia.gov/state/) is not a specific data table but merely the general EIA state data hub. Where exactly did this data come from?
