- Because WP:FILM disallows the listing of awards from minor, non-notable organizations, defined as those without a Wikipedia article. And it is disruptive of Wikipedia to create a bogus article just so that the minor, non-notable organization can use Wikipedia to promote it. When an article is under deletion review, we do not go around quickly inserting into every article we can until it's taken down again.--Tenebrae (talk) 07:40, 25 December 2016 (UTC)
