I wish there was an actual naming convention, but there isn't, not even a word in Wikipedia:WikiProject International relations#Suggested standards. I guess this was never actually discussed and decided on, just editors following existing formula. It's not my preferred title, but I guess the genie has been out of the bottle with this one for too long. Perhaps an in-depth discussion is due sometime in the future, but this is not the day.
