South Africa is a tricky one. Believe it or not there were anti-discrimination laws already in place as early as 1973 prohibiting unequal pay for same position based on race of person. The post 1994 legislation is actually a farce, since in the name of "Black empowerment": lots of legislation was created to keep Whites from the job market or gov. and industry contracts. --197.228.25.206 (talk) 19:12, 6 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
