Is there a reason why the Ethics Training promotional video should be counted as an Emmy win for the show. It was used as a promotional video for the show, but not the show itself. The Emmys themselves say that the show is 0/39, and that is the biggest source that should be used in this. 97.80.116.211 (talk) 14:44, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
- The Emmys database lists the series separately, but that feels like more of a technicality; because the videos compete in what I'd call a "program" category (i.e., the overall series is recognized as the winner over individuals' work), it's listed separately. I think it makes sense to include them here because the videos wouldn't have been created if not for the main series. For what it's worth, AMC's website counts the nomination towards the overall series. Also, I've created similar FLs for awards for The West Wing, The Good Place, The Office, and Friends, all of which include affiliated series or specials that aren't technically listed under the main program, and those have not have similar concerns raised during the FLC process. - Following up here to add more FL examples that include awards for related programs, websites, etc.: 30 Rock, Game of Thrones, Lost, Parks and Recreation, Stranger Things, and The Voice. Based on this, I think the implicit consensus is to include these awards. RunningTiger123 (talk) 18:19, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
- I would say: Mentioned in the article itself (with source)? Yes. Included in the 'Awards' table? No. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 16:12, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
