So what I intended to do is to provide a little bit of background of the awards, then list the winners, so it's not completely out of nowhere. May be the page title is not the best fit. Any suggestion? Jackiewaldan (talk) 15:25, 1 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
I was thinking the award orginazations would be the primary sources. The media and press coverages are not the primary sources. They covered the awards as well as the winning photographers and their work. I included quite a bit of that. Am I off? 2600:8802:2A0F:1000:18B0:1E2:51B:D901 (talk) 19:38, 1 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Let me put back the text so I can refer to it. The "Bird Photographer Of The Year" paragraph for example, citation 10 has extended coverage of the award and the winners by BBC. Citation 11, 12, and so on also has independent reliable sources such as CNN, Forbes, The Times, etc. with significant coverage of it. Is that what you were looking for?
I really appreciate your time, BTW. I teach local students to photograph birds. One of the things they always look for is award winning bird photographers, so they can look for their work on social media, and hopefully hook up with them to improve their own skills. That's why I figured I spend some time on this here. Jackiewaldan (talk) 19:44, 2 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
