Hello everyone! Maybe someone could explain what is wrong with changed images? User Ymblanter could not answer that question. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sachol (talkcontribs) 21:44, 10 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

It is you who needs to explain why you suddenly replace images which were in the article for years for some other images.--Ymblanter (talk) 21:49, 10 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
OK, I will explain. Images from 2011 or even 2003 years are obviously old. Some of the churches were renovated and their resolution and quality are worse then new ones. This a reason of adding new images. I hope I understandable explained.

No, one of the images was mine, I specifically compared it with the new one, I do not see how it is worse. Please explain one by one. May be some need to be changed and other do not need to. Ymblanter (talk) 06:47, 11 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
I am sorry for changing your images (The Katholikon of the Ivanovsky Monastery (Pskov) and The Assumption Cathedral of the Assumption Monastery, Staraya Ladoga) without your agreement.
So I have changed:
The Golden Gate (Vladimir), because old photo had low resolution.
Andrey Bogolyubsky Palace, because it was renovated.
The Nativity Cathedral (Suzdal), because it was renovated.
The Assumption Cathedral (Vladimir), because old photo had low resolution.
Church of St. Paraskevi, Novgorod, because old photo was not clear.
Nereditsa Church, because of colour of the church.
Arkazhi Church, because the church was behind trees.
St. George's Church (Staraya Ladoga), because the church is painted.
Saint Nicholas Cathedral (Novgorod), because on an old photo the cathedral was in the background. Sachol (talk) 07:59, 11 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
By "not clear" you mean "out of focus"? Other than that, I have looked through the images, I am fine with the replacements. Ymblanter (talk) 08:07, 11 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
