editI'm thinking of two things to improve the formatting of this list:
1. The reference tags should really be on the "Location" datum, rather than on the "Name" datum; they support where the person is buried.
2. In the "Name" column, include birth and death years, .e.g. "Peter H. Burnett (1807–1895)". In addition to imparting useful information, this would allow us to be less verbose in the explanations for the still-living governors. A simple "NA" (or just leaving blank) would be enough, because an open date range like "Pete Wilson (1933–)" would be sufficient indication that the individual was still alive.

- I like it. I think that would be helpful.Toyz1988 (talk) 18:46, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
- I was also thinking that city and state columns might be consolidated as there is little differentiation between states. I based this page off of the one for Presidents of the US and (for obvious reasons) there are more states listed on that page.Toyz1988 (talk) 18:52, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
