Richard Parkes Bonington
editHow did he come to be listed as buried here? He died in 1828 in decade before the cemetery opened.Cloptonson (talk) 21:26, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
- As Kensal Green was not open at the time of his death I can understand your question. However Richard Parkes Bonington was initially buried in the graveyard of St James's Chapel Pentonville (now Joseph Grimaldi Park) and in 1837 his remains were removed to the grave of his parents. So he does indeed rest in this cemetery. JHvW 21:45, 11 July 2020 (UTC)
