@Koppite1: this isn't a record. The record could be "win after most F1 starts" (similar to List of Formula One driver records#Most races before first win, if you can find source for it. But as it stands it is not a record, the source doesn't even claim it as a record, it claims it as a first. Also, as soon as another race takes place it becomes WP:OR because no source can verify that it hasn't been beaten. Mainly because your source lists. Can you please justify its inclusion beyond, "I read it somewhere and decided to add it for the sake of it, despite it not fitting anywhere"?

My second issue is with "Oldest F1 race winner of the 21st century": yes, we list oldest and youngest (Special:Diff/1233196805), but as far as I am aware, we don't list oldest and youngest within a limited time frame. We don't credit Troy Ruttman as being the youngest winner of a F1 Championship race in the 20th century (only that he previously held the record for youngest all-time). In fact, nowhere do we specify oldest/youngest with secondary condition attached .Mainly because that would be a WP:NOSTAT violation. So, to quote you, "i don't see why the exception should be for Hamilton". You are turning this article from a list of notable, encylopedic records to an indiscriminate collection of Hamilton related trivia. I am not saying this page is the only problem, nor that this problem is unique to you as an editor, but I can only deal with these as I come across them. SSSB (talk) 21:38, 7 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

All i'll say is that you lack consistency regarding what you want to take issue with and hence why i said you are discriminate. For instance, i don't see you up in arms about the nonsensical number of pitstops by a winning driver...that's pure trivia and not a record either, but you were happy to let that slide. I've said all i want to say on this. I'll leave your reverts as they are for now. Koppite1 (talk) 22:07, 7 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
You don't see me up in arms because I haven't seen it. Not because I am letting it slide. You point out where it is and I will remove it. Also that is an WP:OTHERCONTENT argument and therefore carries zero weight. If you only defence for adding "nonsensical", "pure trivia" is that we have "nonsensical", "pure trivia" then it should be removed. SSSB (talk) 14:15, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
