Paper on "2021 Mayfield, Kentucky Tornado Track and the New Madrid gravity & magnetic anomalies"
editQuestion: why are we attempting to add the paper titled "2021 Mayfield, Kentucky Tornado Track and the New Madrid gravity & magnetic anomalies" by Shifu Careaga? It's pseudoscience. The author self-publishes all of his work on Academia.edu. There's no journal association; there's no peer review. His other works includes papers that argue that photos and dark matter aren't real, that the woolly mammoths were killed by lightning strikes, and that the earth is expanding. A Google search shows that he is an acupuncturist with no graduate degree. With all due respect to the author, his work should not be included on this page. - I had not done enough research on the author then. I do agree their work should not be listed on this page. I appreciate you showing they are not a good author/source at all. The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 18:51, 22 June 2024 (UTC)
