Is it a term "home composting"? I can imagine big scale composting, which could be equal to industrial and small-scale composting.--Juan de Vojníkov (talk) 16:51, 30 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Well, I have just realized it is a term.--Juan de Vojníkov (talk) 09:45, 1 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

I removed 'Biodegrader', which is what all these processes really are - composting systems might be a sub-set of biodegrader(s)

also removed a number of terms that are specific regionalisations of the more general processes, namely: 'Indian Bangalore method' - 'Chinese high temperature stacks' - 'Boma composting' - 'Ecuador composting' - 'Pit composting', all of which are variations of the basic home composting process described in the composting article, and mostly Trench composting with different situational details (and red links unlikely to be created or be more than orphan stubs)

these names appear to have come from a simplified popularisation of composting published by 'HDRA - the organic organisation' in the UK, aimed at subsistence farming in under-developed areas .... don't think that sort of info belongs here, but someone may want to include it in an article on development aid agencies - find it here : http://www.gardenorganic.org.uk/pdfs/international_programme/Compost202.pdf Red58bill (talk) 18:36, 27 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
