Lots of maps.
editDo we need this ton of maps? I think this is rubbish. СЛУЖБА (talk) 15:14, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
- I would say yes, but it is not a ton. –Spesh531, My talk, and External links 04:12, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
Rank-order column (1,2,3) could be static and separate
editSee Help:Sorting#Initial alphabetical sort versus initial sort by rank order. See the section about adding a separate, static rank column (1,2,3) next to a table. This makes the table easier to maintain and update. --Timeshifter (talk) 03:58, 3 September 2012 (UTC)
Libya/Antigua Discrepency
editAntigua and Barbuda, at USD $12,910, is listed in the upper class group, but Libya, at USD $12,930, is listed in the upper middle class group. The two should either be switched or condensed into one group, but I don't know the criteria that are supposed to be separating the two.

You are right, but we should note Libya's lated data is from 2009, after Gadaffi's death the country is not stable anymore, its HDI has been falling ever since, the World Bank never calculated its GNI again, but it would be safe to assume it decreased as well. Look at the categories here; http://data.worldbank.org/about/country-and-lending-groups --ShadowRenegado (talk) 18:00, 6 December 2014 (UTC)
One list is a lot simpler to maintain
editThere is no need for the multiple income sections. One long list is more intuitive, and it is sortable as a whole.
Sorting makes it obvious what the low, medium, and high incomes are.
And one alphabetical list is how many country lists are set up. See:
And they are much easier to update. Especially with a row number column separate from the alphabetical list.
Ranking is easy to maintain this way. For examples; see:

- I have merged the tables. Looks much cleaner. If anyone notices any issues, please note them here. Wizmut (talk) 10:45, 16 December 2023 (UTC)
Why is Costa Rica not in the list?
editYou deleted Costa Rica from the list? Why? Alejandro221 (talk) 02:36, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
