This article was copied from List of countries by population; the Talk pages did not accompany the copy. I didn't move it, which would have brought the Talk page, because the other article remains - it will be updated with newer population data. - DavidWBrooks 19:16, 6 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

The EU should be on the table, it has about 450,000,000 people. That's interesting, at least for comparison. --141.157.89.171 14:46, 24 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Lots of the countries, such as Iran, Ethiopia, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, Myanmar, Sudan, Argentina, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Syria, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Spain, Poland, Algeria, Uganda, Malaysia, Nepal, and Sri Lanka have the exact same values in this table as the year 2000 table. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Qwertzy (talkcontribs) 01:31, 6 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

In fact, 90% of the entries have the same data as the 2000 table. This will need to be corrected.Jlr3001 (talk) 07:56, 12 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

The UN figure for 2005 is smaller than 2000. Why?--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 04:25, 20 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
