editIn the text, it says that X is "allocated to vehicles outside London and for international organisations". In the photo of an X-reg plate [145 X 106], the caption says X is allocated to non-diplomatic embassy staff. Which is it? Redpaul1 (talk) 07:34, 27 June 2022 (UTC)
