Prime minister of Laos
editAs I found on http://www.laogov.gov.la/activities/pages/news.aspx?ItemID=724&CateID=5 in 28 January Thongsing Thammavong was still prime minister and, it is clear, he is the current prime minister of Laos. I will change in this sense the table if I don't receive a replay based on a clear document Bogdan Uleia (talk)
Khalifa Haftar as de facto leader of Eastern Libya's government
editGiven the fact that the Tobruk-based House of Representatives Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thani has recently offered his resignation as the leader of the civilian government in the Eastern part of Libya, I believe the correct step for this page is to regard Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar as the de facto leader of that government. It is not a new fact that Haftar has been the de facto leader of the Tobruk side of the Civil War for a long time now, and I thought this resignation could lead to renewed discussions about this question.

Alternate governments?
editShould the governments of the Syrian Salvation Government or the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) be included as alternate governments as they claim to be the legitimate governments of Syria & Afghanistan respectively? Do they have to be recognized by other Un members to be on this list?
