Updating to 2019 statuses

I have a particular interest in the recent 2019 changes arsing from the merger of Waveney and Suffolk Coastal district councils, to form the new East Suffolk "super district council". I have therefore started by introducing a new section under Districts for East Suffolk, and will continue with updating other relevant sections for these three councils. Thus far, I have left the entries for Waveney and Coastal as they are, but retitled with the "formerly" prefix. I would like an opinion on whether these should be kept in, for historical interest and along the lines of the changes noted in these councils from time to time; or should they be deleted to leave only the current East Suffolk?
