Why?
editWell, because I read two of the WPS internationals threads on BigSoccer and found the list of foreign MLS players within five minutes of each other, that's why. =-)
Anyway, I'm a bit fuzzy on the details as what truly qualifies a player as an 'internationl' - the actually list of requirements on the MLS list page kinda confused me - so I hope I did okay with the requirements list on this page. PLEASE correct me if not. Also, I know some of the players were born in countries besides the ones they're listed under here; something similar to the 'notes' section on the MLS list needs to be created here, I just didn't get to it. Format
editI know it's kind of premature to put years played on each team, but I thought the (2009-) should be included - in the future, if people switch teams, I was kinda hoping it to be entered as |player name| - |team 1| (year-year) - |team 2| (year-year) etc. CyMoahk (talk) 03:50, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
Political correctness overload
editOkay, this page went from "foreign" to "non-American" to "non-North-American". Which I think is a joke. Yes, I understand where people are coming from; but it's getting bulky, and every "non-(insert country here) players list" page for every football league I've seen so far settles for using "foreign" which, considering the definition of "foreign" and the understood fact of what country a given league is in, is perfectly acceptable. So can I change it all back? CyMoahk (talk) 21:36, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- It's been a bit over four days, and with no response, I'm going to make the change. CyMoahk (talk) 06:25, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
