The image Image:Ph pres aguinaldo.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. gobernador heneral

Why is this strange title used? Gobernador is Spanish, and heneral isn't. (h of course is silent in Spanish.) It may be Filipino, I don't know, but that doesn't matter here. I think Jose Rizal used the term "gobernador heneral" in Noli Me Tangere, which was in the Tagalog language. However, the section title should've been "Governor-General". –HTD 04:42, 2 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
