Units

edit

The article, as at the start of 2020, lists sizes firstly in lbs and secondarily in kg, in contrast to Wikipedia style guides. Since most bells of significance are in countries that use SI, it seems to me that we should change units to kg first, in accordance with the style guide 121.200.6.72 (talk) 10:44, 13 January 2020 (UTC) NcLean [1]Reply

I noticed this too, and agreed – per MOS:UNITS, this article should be metric first. oatco (talk) 23:05, 7 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Idiom

edit

A more idiomatic past tense of "to cast" is "cast" ("Cellini's Perseus was cast in bronze") rather than "casted". "Off" rarely needs "of", even in conversation: "Humpty Dumpty fell off the wall".--Wetman (talk) 06:50, 11 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
