editI think that the Søren Christensen referred to in this page is incorrect. The Søren Christensen referred to is a 22 year old soccer player, and on this page his year of birth is 1940.

– Proposal to move all the remaining high commissioner lists that haven't been moved yet. Per MOS:CAPS and MOS:JOBTITLES, "high commissioners" is plural here, therefor it's considered a common noun. Woko Sapien (talk) 17:49, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
- Support since we are talking about multiple commissions it is not a proper noun. It’s the same reason we have 42nd Canadian Parliament when talking about a particular parliament but Member of parliament when he not not discussing a particular parliament.--65.93.193.235 (talk) 18:17, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
- This also applies to the entries posted bellow.--65.93.193.235 (talk) 21:54, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
- Support lowercase for plural. This has been confirmed repeatedly in various RMs per MOS:JOBTITLES. — BarrelProof (talk) 20:56, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
- Also:
- High Commissioners for Palestine and Transjordan → High commissioners for Palestine and Transjordan (or High commissioners of the United Kingdom to Palestine and Transjordan or similar)
- List of High Commissioners of Australia to Samoa → List of high commissioners of Australia to Samoa
- List of Australian High Commissioners to Kenya → List of Australian high commissioners to Kenya (or List of high commissioners of Australia to Kenya or similar)
- List of Australian High Commissioners to Kiribati → List of Australian high commissioners to Kiribati (or ... Australian ... → ... Australia ...)
- List of Australian High Commissioners to Fiji → List of Australian high commissioners to Fiji (or ... Australian ... → ... Australia ...)
- List of Australian High Commissioners to Singapore → List of Australian high commissioners to Singapore (or ... Australian ... → ... Australia ...)
- List of Guyanese High Commissioners to the United Kingdom → List of Guyanese high commissioners to the United Kingdom (or ... Guyanese ... → ... Guyana ...)
- I also think titles like Australian High Commissioner to the Solomon Islands are improper, since the formal title presumably does not include the word "Australian". Capitalized job titles should be "not preceded by a modifier". It should be something like High Commissioner of Australia to the Solomon Islands or High Commissioner to the Solomon Islands from Australia or High Commissioner to the Solomon Islands (Australia) or "List of ...".

- A formal move request for these remaining articles has been submitted (here). Woko Sapien (talk) 19:02, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
- Also:
- Support all including those added by BarrelProof above. Dicklyon (talk) 04:50, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
- Support all including those added by BarrelProof above per MOS:JOBTITLES. While we may capitalise certain job titles we certainly don't cap when these are pluralised (the initial list) or otherwise modified (the subsequent list). Cinderella157 (talk) 02:42, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
- Support all: Per MOS:JOBTITLES. It's why we have a manual of style. SchreiberBike | ⌨ 19:01, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
- Support per WP:JOBTITLES, Oxford Manual of Style, The Chicago Manual of Style, AP Stylebook, and virtually all manuals of style out there. End the deferential, non-academic capitalization on Wikipedia once and for all. Surtsicna (talk) 15:46, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
