Blessington lunula
editWhile at the British Museum to see the Milton Keynes Hoard, I noticed and photographed this gorgeous gorget from Blessington, Wicklow. The BM catalogue page is here. I don't know whether it was a hoard or a 'grave good' (though odds are on the latter]. I'm putting this here so that somebody from Ireland will find a suitable page for it since it deserves more prominence. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 14:22, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
