Former agencies

In this article. We can see we lack some former agencies like DGSS (Direction Générale des Services Spéciaux / General Directorate for Special Services) for example.

I can add these but I can't guarantee to be exhaustive.

Also , I saw the name of some services mentionned without translations in English.
I can translate as a native French speaker. This is only the names of organisations and therefore I can do it.

I think we have to think about organisation of the part about "Former Agencies".
I think we must class names per year of beginning then alphabetical order.

Fictious example (Imagine letters are names of services) :
Agency D - 1890-1920
Agency E - 1890-1919
Agency B - 1891-1920
Agency F - 1891-1921
Agency A - 1925-1990
Agency G - 1926-1990
Agency C - 1995-2023
