A similar artilce to this has previously been deleted. It is likely to be again unless it addresses the issues of the previous articles. Mostly about it being indiscriminate trivia. It's also appears to be performing original synthesis by discussing the percentage of presidents compared to the general population.
I think you might have to demonstrate, with sources, why it is notable. As previous deletion discussions have mentioned, it seems to be totally irrelevant to the lives, policies, voting for, and performance of, presidents. --Escape Orbit(Talk)17:31, 21 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Escape Orbit: Thanks much for the dialogue. It looks to me like the previous article title differed slightly. And opinions on the first afd was keep and the second delete. I generally develop articles over a few days, and others may turn up to lend a hand in the next few day. I appreciate your heads-up regarding the previous deletion. Also previous list was called WP:INDISCRIMINATE, but this one is focussed. Bruxton (talk) 18:12, 21 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
Excellent words of caution above. Rather than looking at the initial WP:INDISCRIMINATE rational for deletion, I would call your attention to the reasons stated by those who supported the deletion. While this list may not be an indiscriminate list, it may fall under the category of "Listcruft." If, as indicated by the comments in the aforementioned afd, an article on the on the handedness of U.S. presidents is deemed trivial and non-defining, then an article focused solely on left handed U.S. presidents might be as well. Unfortunately, as a lefthanded person, I too can see no further value beyond the arbitrary trivia. Did being lefthanded make them better presidents? Do they have something else in common? Is there any other justification beyond their handedness?2003:CA:3F1D:6736:2195:E62F:BD97:4E8 (talk) 18:47, 2 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Reliable sources list Hoover as left handed. I could only find a blog that disputes his left handedness. There are many photos of Hoover writing with his right hand. More research is needed if we are to reject the RS. Bruxton (talk) 15:41, 24 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Mr. Bruxton: Herbert Hoover was right handed. There are numerous photos and videos of him writing, fishing, throwing a baseball, etc., all right-handed. The rumor that he was left-handed may have started when a photograph of him signing a document was published reversed.
