Talk:List of multi-level marketing companies/Archives/2009

Please add QuestNet Ltd www.quest.net this is a legitimate company

not until there's a wikipedia article about them. Αργυριου (talk) 16:15, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

"Quest International" might have been listed thinking it was QuestNet, as the Quest International article does not mention MLM. References would be nice. Nicolas1981 (talk) 08:54, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

An external list

This web page is a huge list of MLM companies, we could use it to spot any that is present on Wikipedia and flag them after verification. http://www.mlm-thewholetruth.com/mlm-companies.shtml Cheers Nicolas1981 (talk) 15:49, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

Metro Public Adjusters

I attended an orientation with this company last week, and being familiar with MLM's decided it should be added to this list. There are level 1 "adjusters", level 2 "regional managers", level 3 "national managers". You attain a higher level and therefore pay scale by getting certain numbers of your level working under you. You rely heavily, and probably exclusively on referrals like most MLM's. There is talk about being "your own business owner", similar to the IBO's of Amway. The pay levels of $110,000, $335,000, and multi millions for each of the levels is also very unrealistic, as it is with Amway's "pearl, emerald, diamond...etc". They do legitimate business in public adjusting, but offer their lower level workers false promises. Kyle (talk) 21:38, 5 April 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.124.117.150 (talk)

FindFred.com

{{editsemiprotected}} Please add FindFred.com to the list of Multi-Level Marketing companies

Not done. I'm sure there are hundreds, perhaps thousands of Multi-Level Marketing companies. Even despite our non-paper format which allows us to include more than a traditional encyclopaedia, we cannot include everything. Because we cannot possibly include everything, we have guidelines for inclusion. Please prove that "FindFred.com" satisfies these criteria, particularly this clause. Then replace the {{editsemiprotected}} tag. Intelligentsium 02:51, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

Vector Marketing / Cutco Cutlery

I think you guys should add this company to the list. They are definitely a shady business that sells knives, and they have victimized many college students with their products. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.176.180.155 (talk) 08:09, 15 December 2009 (UTC)

CieAura

CieAura is an MLM company that needs to be on this list, but I don't think it has it's own page yet....

There is quite a bit of promotional material out there as well as hoax claims, but no objective discussion that I can find. As I am new to Wikipedia contribution, I will leave it at that with this link http://www.cieaura.com that can hopefully get someone started. Swgordon (talk) 00:42, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
