Talk:List of municipalities of Hokkaido

Purpose for NOT deleting this article

The reason why I decided to make this list is because I am planning/proposing something that has to do with the Heisei mergers that were affected since April 1, 1999 for all prefectures within Japan. For now, Hokkaidō Prefecture is that example, although I hadn't put the former municipalities that were involed within the mergers which led them to lose its independent statuses. I will get to that part eventually, but right now, I plea to the Wikipedia staff to not to delete this article. It has to do with my other discussion in thia talk page:

Hope you checked this well cause I'm sure that there are some errors or missing municipalities left that were between April 1, 1999 and March 31, 2004. jlog3000 (talk) 12:21, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
