- Add library name in the countries' (other) official languages and scripts, needed for example for:
- Afghanistan
- Algeria Done
- Bangladesh
- Cambodia
- etc.
- Standardize entries in the form: library's name in English [with link to an individual page], followed, where appropriate by (library's name in its main local language and script = library's name in a second official language and script = etc.) Done, except for libraries' name in its main local language and script
- Note: for the library's name in English, choose in priority the name that the library uses itself for its international presentation, and a translation of its official name only otherwise (example of significant difference: Brazil).
- Note: if the library is better known by its original name and that name commonly used in English, reverse the order: library's name in its most known/used form ( = library's name in a second official language and script = etc.) [library's name in English]
- Note: many existing pages of national libraries linked from this page do not conform to Naming_conventions as they are often titled with the original name. It is advisable to move these pages first since there is not obligatorily a REDIRECT from the English name. Moving such pages directly is fine when they have only a minimal content. Moving pages with extensive content and/or swapping REDIRECTs between English and original names should follow the usual procedure (Wikipedia:Requested_moves - but see also note above).
- Add countries and territories present in the List of countries. If a sovereign state has no national library or an equivalent with legal or contractual mandate, mention it: '[no national library]' (or other explanation). If a dependent territory has no national library or equivalent, don't include that territory on the list. Done
- The column for flags in the subtable 'F' is wider than in the other subtables. Reason unknown. It would look better if all columns have the same width in all the letter-sections. Done
