Article structure

Is there any reason why this article should be structured thus, as dozen separate sections, most of them empty? Wouldn't this work better as a table or even a bulleted list? I didn't, however, want to go ahead and do that, in case the intention is to populate the sections with content (albeit that it has been many months since this was created, with no progress since). -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:34, 24 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
