It may be relevant to include Hatuey on this list. He was the first person in the New World to be executed publicly for their nature based religion, practices, and position of tribal and religious leadership. Their practices are in line with what adherents of Abrahamism define as witchcraft, and he is a heavily unsung figure of the early Americas who stood against the Christian Colonialism of the Americas.
